Contains 1 sachet of 2g. If making use of the "daughter culture" method as prescribed in the directions, this product can be used for setting up to 50+ litres of yoghurt. Bacteria strains (probiotics) in this yoghurt: Lactobacillus bulgaricus & Streptococcus thermophilus
*Culture has a lifetime of between 1-2 years if stored in a freezer below 4°C.

Deliciously rich and tangy, this yoghurt starter can be re-cultured by using the mother-daughter technique for setting up to 50 or more litres of yoghurt! Strain the initial batch of yoghurt through the cheese cloth to drain the whey from the finished product to replicate super-thick commercial Greek yoghurt or enjoy as-is.
*Please note: Yoghurt culture to be stored in freezer below 4°C.
