•A brief history of fermentation
•The basics of Fermenting Vegetables (equipment & processes)
•Sterilization of equipment
•Instructions & making your own!


COURSE INCLUDES:

• All equipment & consumables to make your own sauerkraut during the workshop.
• 1 Litre fermenting vessel
• You get to take home your own batch of sauerkraut!
• Printed instructions to make your own fermented vegetables at home
• Refreshments during the workshop (tea, coffee, cool drink, water)
• Light lunch. Please inform us of any dietary requirements upon booking.
